Co-founder & CTO — technical direction, delivery, and review
Stokive — leading delivery at Tektariq
Problem
A client product needed a backend, a back office and a front end delivered together, with quality that did not depend on which engineer happened to pick up the ticket.
What I built
Three surfaces, one team, and a client who needed to know what they were getting.
The part I would single out is not the code. It is that the project has a written QA and testing benchmark — an actual document, agreed, that says what "done" means before anyone argues about it afterwards. Most delivery problems I have seen were not caused by engineers being careless; they were caused by nobody writing down the standard, so every person applied their own.
Alongside it sits a backend connectivity audit: a deliberate check that the surfaces genuinely talk to each other the way the plan said they would, rather than each having been built against an assumption about the other.
Those two documents are the honest version of "how I run a team". Review as a habit rather than a gate, a definition of done that exists outside one person's head, and the willingness to audit your own integration before the client does.
Result
Delivered across backend, back office and front end over fourteen months, with a written QA and testing benchmark the team worked to rather than an informal understanding of done. I remain CTO at Tektariq.
